Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated (for limited drops or pre-orders).
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Belgium & The Netherlands:
1–2 business days
International Orders:
3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
From time to time, Maison Azumar may offer complimentary shipping during special campaigns.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Maison Azumar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Azumar cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Maison Azumar cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
