MAISON AZUMAR – Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Azumar, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite what you expected, you can return your order within the legal reflection period.


1. 14-Day Reflection Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Skincare, fragrance, and wellness items must have their seal intact for hygiene reasons.

  • Items must be complete, including any accessories or samples.

Please note:
Opened skincare, beauty, wellness, or fragrance items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty/wellness products

  • Opened fragrances (candles, diffusers, room sprays)

  • Digital products (such as PDF guides)

  • Sale items or promotional discounts

  • Customized or personalized products


4. How to Return Your Order

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. The product(s) you wish to return

  4. Reason for return (optional)

Our team will send you the return instructions within 2 business days.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • Lost or unreceived return parcels are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Please note:
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned products and confirmed their condition.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at MaisonAzumar@supportsquad.nl, including photos.

We will replace the item free of charge or resolve the issue promptly.


8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the regular return process and place a new order for the desired product.
